American Sign Language Workshops at Harlem Library The Harlem Library (NYPL) offers a series of ASL classes weekly at 4:00 pm. The program is designed to help participants learn ABCs, numbers, vocabulary and maybe the sentence structure needed to communicate through ASL later.
